shipments are processed exclusively by FedEx and we

We
will accept cancellations on preorders at any time up
to one week prior to the shipment date. At that time,
our normal return policy goes into effect. |

Our
return policy is as follows:

All
of our products will be tested to ensure that they are
in working order before they are shipped out. In the
event that a product is damaged during shipment, we
will assist you in filing any necessary claim - be sure
to keep all packaging materials and the box. We will
also accept defective products for an exchange only,
up to 14 days following delivery of the product. The
term "defective" DOES NOT include any incidental
damage that occurs to the product after delivery (scratches,
fingerprints, cracks, etc.). Thus we will only accept
items that are returned in their original purchase condition.

void all warranties, and no exchange will be issued
as we have no way of ensuring that our customers are
qualified to perform the installation.
